Upwork provides a wealth of freelance and contracting opportunities in my areas of interest (inbound marketing, HubSpot, email marketing, SEO). I like that I always have easy access to such opportunities. They are also always working on improving their tool - and from what I've observed, both for the freelancer and the client. The Upwork desktop app that tracks time is buggy. I've had problems using it to track time and have virtual interviews. When it does work it is very convenient and fantastic. I also dislike that they bury a phone number to get ahold of customer service, pointing their users (even Premium members like myself who pay to use the app), to chatbots or email addresses.
