What do you like best about Upwork?

After using another platform I moved to Upwork and I would never regret this decision. It's the only platform that cares about the client and assists them anytime.

-You can contact customer support anytime and they are ready to answer all your questions promptly

-After posting a project Upwork support study all proposals on your behalf

Great experience with Upwork. I am planning for lifetime work in the future. I did work with different types of the marketplace before but Upwork's Client is really awesome and patient for Great quality work that's the main reason I love to work on Upwork. Upwork team helps me to find the right freelancer for me. So happy to join the Upwork Clients community! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Upwork?

The process is hard to follow, I hope Upwork works on their UX and UI

For example, ENDING CONTRACT must come after approving the payment (2options - Adding another milestone or Ending the contract)

We need to be reminded by Upwork to leave reviews because some freelancers won't work with us again If you don't do so. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best solution for someone looking for real Gurus, I am a business owner and I tried almost all freelancing platforms but Upwork is unique:

- Freelancer skills are verified

- Payment is secured

- Customer support is available anytime
