What do you like best about Upwork?

Placing free adverts to source candidates is a good feature.

The majority of freelancers I have liaised with, and/or worked with on the platform seem very normal and genuine. Able to back their profiles and experience Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Upwork?

The costs of having pay each time you offer a contract to a freelancer. Not only does the Company pay to start the contract they have to pay each time the freelancer is paid - this is not a good way of charging for companies who have low budgets Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Upwork solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's not really solving any problems. There are several platforms where freelancers can be found

I chose to use it as I am also a freelancer on the platform.

As a freelancer, it also doesn't solve a problem, it just acts as another job board where your application either gets selected, or it doesn't Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
