What do you like best about Uptime Labs?

What stands out most about Uptime Labs is the realistic, hands-on approach to incident management training. The drills simulate actual production outages where communication, prioritization, and decision-making become just as important as the technical resolution itself. I particularly liked how the scenarios evolve over time and introduce increasing complexity, which helps build confidence gradually. The stakeholder interactions and time pressure make the experience feel very close to handling a real major incident in production. The post-drill feedback sessions are also extremely valuable because they not only highlight mistakes but also explain better approaches and communication strategies.
