I love the great design of the web-based service, which is very easy to use, making it simple to see the current status of our services and historical data. The main feature I value is the network checks, which inform us when a service goes down and when it's back up again, crucial for providing reliable, 24-hour availability to our customers. I do not like the tool for testing user logins on some of our public websites. The tool is not as efficient as the network check portion, and it takes significantly more time to set up user login tests.
