"Easy Shift Posting and Favorites That Build a Reliable Team"

What do you like best about Upshift?

The best part about Upshift is the easy accessibility in posting shifts and the group of favorites that I have been able to build. It is awesome that when I post a shift and it goes to the favorites list first. This builds our team (even if it is just a day) and it is helpful when the same group of people works multiple events because they are already versed on how we operate and where supplies and the kitchen are located. What do you dislike about Upshift?

The only downside to Upshift is the "bad apple" on the rare occasion. Once in a blue moon we will receive a worker who we can not find, does not listen or leaves before cleaning up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Upshift solving and how is that benefiting you?

When we need extra workers for a large banquet event, I can quickly post a shift to get help with the banquet dinner. This is beneficial because we don’t have, or need to maintain, a huge pool of workers just for the dozen large banquets we do each year.
