Who is Upscope Co-browsing for? Who is it not for? Upscope buyers include payroll &amp; HR, financial services, insurance, CRMs, legal software, logistics, healthcare and a wide range of SaaS companies. They use Upscope to support and onboard less tech savvy customers through their interfaces or to sell financial products to customers by co-browsing with them on the phone or desktop. Customers include Calendly, JG Wentworth, Square, Figure, Freedom Financial, Delta Dental and software providers for the biggest banks in the world, along with small and medium sized SaaS companies. Who is it not for? It&#39;s not for companies where there is a simple interface and technically advanced users, they don&#39;t need it and won&#39;t use it much and inevitably cancel their subscription. **What do you like best about Upscope?**

Can help a lot with elderly clients that have difficulty navigating sites. Is a great tool with resolving technical issues or errors with the website

**What do you dislike about Upscope?**

I understand that the feature only limits to the specific website it is associated with, but there should be a feature that allows an additional website to be visited if it is a link imbedded in the original site

**What problems is Upscope solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Assisting members with completing applications and guidance to avoid certain errors. This is benefitting us by saving time for us and the consumer

**What do you like best about Upscope?**

HelloScreen has enabled our CS team to get valuable insights into users' accounts, whether they are assisting via email or phone support. Since implementation, our user satisfaction has skyrocketed for phone support, and overall employee happiness improved with further tools to enable our CS team. Installing HelloScreen took less than 2 minutes, and the customer support we had at the beginning was fantastic.

**What do you dislike about Upscope?**

The pricing is a bit confusing and not upfront.

**What problems is Upscope solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allows our CS team to see what actions a user is making, and easily guide them step-by-step on their technical questions. HelloScreen has solved our largest painpoint of our large average call time, and since implementing, our agents have been able to have quicker calls, with the customer being happier as well.

I truly appreciate the way we can connect with our clients so effortlessly and seamlessly, allowing us to provide them with the necessary assistance they need. It’s remarkable how this ease of communication enables us to meet their needs effectively and build strong relationships.

**What do you dislike about Upscope?**

I really wish that I had the ability to communicate with clients directly through the Upscope platform. It would make interactions so much more seamless and efficient. Additionally, I sometimes find myself facing difficulties when trying to locate clients, especially when I search for them using their email addresses.

Being able to co-browse with my clients is a faster way to communicate with them on a different level.

**What do you dislike about Upscope?**

Some people don't know how to refresh their page on there end and the only way to co-browse is for them to reload their page. I try to walk clients through it but some still have difficulty.. making us not able to do so.

**What problems is Upscope solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to see what the clients sees makes it so much easier to communicate with them. Also makes the process faster.

you can only view one specific page instead of the whole computer screen. Support is good from upscope.

sometimes it lags and you need to use chrome to make it work perfectly

I enjoy the being able to connect with the client in real time!

I think it can improve on having a better way for the client to view the 4 digit code when I request to gain access to screen share

Upscope is helping our Business by allowing our support agents and customers to troubleshoot together and help the client get a better understanding of hoe calendly works.

**What do you like best about Upscope?**

It's very easy to use, straightforward, and very intuitive even for older users. Great for customer support, especially when customers need an extra hand locating things and explaining what they are seeing.

**What do you dislike about Upscope?**

I can become laggy very easily, both parties must have a very good internet connection.

**What problems is Upscope solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sometimes customers do not know where to locate certain settings and they are not tech-savvy enough to follow instructions, co-browsing with upscope allows us to turn a 25-30-minute frustrating customer interaction into a 5-minute conversation.
