What do you like best about Upper?
Upper allows us to import our Customers/Stops easily with from Excel and then utilize the software to efficiently route our drive. The software verifies the addresses for us. Also, their customer service is excellent and responsive. Our business is seasonal so we only use the app for those months and than cancel our subscription and renew the next year. This is our 3rd year using Upper and each year they have made improvements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Upper?
Upper meets our needs. If they could offer pricing based on the size of our business (3 team members in our business), that would be nice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
