What do you like best about UpMenu?

UpMenu helped us move a big part of our orders to our own website and branded app, which reduced commission costs and strengthened customer loyalty.

We run several locations, and managing deliveries used to be stressful during peak hours. The driver app and dispatch tools give us real-time control, so we can assign drivers quickly and keep delivery times consistent.

What do you dislike about UpMenu?

At the beginning, there’s a brief learning phase while configuring, mainly due to how customizable the system is. Once configured, it runs smoothly with little maintenance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is UpMenu solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before UpMenu, we depended heavily on marketplaces and coordinating deliveries during peak hours was chaotic, which affected margins and customer experience.

Now most orders come through our website and branded app, lowering commission costs and increasing repeat customers. The driver app and dispatch system let us assign and track deliveries in real time, improving delivery times and reducing complaints.
