What do you like best about UpMenu?

UpMenu gives us everything we need to run online ordering across our restaurant chain in one place. We use it for our website, branded mobile app, delivery management, promotions, and customer communication, so we don’t have to connect multiple tools. The platform is very intuitive.

I especially like how simple it is to create discounts and special offers. It helps us drive repeat orders and build direct relationships with customers. Everything is centralized, which saves us time every day and keeps operations organized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about UpMenu?

The initial setup took some time, especially when configuring delivery zones for multiple locations, but the precise delivery area controls are very helpful and daily management is now simple. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is UpMenu solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before UpMenu, we relied heavily on external delivery platforms and had limited control over customer data and margins. Now we manage orders directly through our own website and mobile app, which reduces commission costs and increases profitability.

It also solves operational challenges. We can manage menus, promotions, delivery areas, and orders from one dashboard across all our locations.
