I like the people that work at Uplinq, and the staff who've been working with me for the last three years. It's also great that they've embraced AI tools to make things more efficient. The AI categorizes my transactions between business and personal, creating patterns and figuring out transactions by referencing past ones. This makes it easier for my bookkeeper to create the records needed for taxes, especially now that my personal finances include my husband and have gotten more complicated, but they handle it very easily. The reporting with Uplinq is challenging because working solely with Excel datasets is tough. I miss the kind of reports I was used to with QuickBooks.
