I really like the software at Uplinq; I think it’s great. But more than that, the people are what set it apart. Being able to discuss and have discourse on accounting measures is very important. It’s also great to be able to collaborate when it comes to my specific clients. I appreciate that I can correspond with people rather than just some AI or software thing. I think the correspondence with the client could be improved, and sometimes I feel caught in the middle in the relationships between CPA and myself as a liaison. It can seem like there's more of a battle over who knows what, rather than a collaborative effort. While some people really excel in solving problems, not everyone does, and that can be challenging.
