What do you like best about Uplers?

What stands out about Uplers is the quality of candidates they are able to bring to the table. They take the time to understand our hiring needs and share profiles that are generally well aligned with the technical skills and experience we are looking for. Another strong point is their communication. Nana/Pragathi are approachable, quick to respond, and open to feedback. As our requirements evolved, they were able to adapt their search accordingly. What problems is Uplers solving and how is that benefiting you?

Uplers helps address one of the biggest challenges in technical recruitment: finding relevant candidates without investing excessive time in sourcing and preliminary screening. Their team takes care of a significant part of the initial candidate identification and filtering, allowing our hiring team to spend more time on meaningful technical evaluations and interviews.
