I really appreciate how Uplers has constantly evolved over time and has been able to provide us what we needed for finding the best candidates in the market. I'm absolutely grateful for that. In India, where finding good talent is challenging, especially for startups like us, Uplers is really solving that area by bridging the gap to attract and retain good talent in a cost-effective manner. I particularly like their voice AI solution, which can conduct initial interviews through an AI bot, helping us cut short one or two rounds and select the right candidates more efficiently. They have been great at curating profiles for critical roles like product engineers, full-stack AI engineers, and generative AI roles, which really supports our startup. I think the interface that helps us manage the candidates could be a little more insightful, a little better. They are already doing a lot of work on that, but there's no end to improving these things.
