It seems to be intuitive and it is easy to navigate. **What do you dislike about UpLead?** I wish the data was updated more often. Sometimes we receive a lead that is out of date. It would also be great to integrate cell phone numbers into the contact details seeing everyone has cell phones now. Having updated information is helpful when building out lead lists to make sure we are contacting the right people and companies. **What problems is UpLead solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our team needed a solution because we are growing really fast. It works fine. I know how hard it is to get this information, I set my expectations in line with what it delivers. Not everything I am looking for is in there but a great deal is. **Recommendations to others considering UpLead:** I looked at quite a few platforms and finally settled on Uplead. They vary widely. I narrowed it down to ZoomInfo and Uplead. In the end, I couldn't see the expense on ZoomInfo as they nickel and dimed you, which was frustrating. When testing both systems, each found the information or didn't find it equally. I am still a new user, and I have adjusted my strategy to what I can find. So as a recommendation: You're going to see a lot on here, but you're not finding everything. I don't think any system will give you that. Can't beat the pricing model either - paying by credit or contact vs. a long-term "use it or lose it" contract. Eg: It show 1000 contacts, but when exported, there are only have 200-300. **What problems is UpLead solving and how is that benefiting you?** All subscriptions will usually send a courtesy email to inform customers when a subscription is due for renewal, but Uplead will not send any and will charge automatically when your subscription is due. Even if a customer is not happy with the software, they have a no refund policy. Uplead does not have a dedicated customer success manager to care for its customers. Unfortunately, we did not gain any value from it. We left with lots of credit unused, and got charged again without any pre-notification that our subscription is due for renewal. ### 17. So we cancelled our subscription after a day. Asked for a refund and they said 'all sales are final'. Which was a bit disappointing as the service wasn't delivering what we asked and we only used it for a day. I used to recommend this platform to people, but I'm really disappointed with their customer service and I won't be recommending it anymore. I never write reviews for SaaS platforms.
