The heat map in the Resource scheduling module is very flexible and makes it easy to see at a glance who has availability and who doesn't. The custom reporting tool and the ability to export reports to Excel is also very nice. The Project Planner, while sometimes a bit tricky to use, it has all of the features you would expect to find in a robust project management tool like MS Project for building work breakdown structures. The ability to add user defined fields to our screens, flexible security roles, and the ability to create custom workflows has been very beneficial.
