What do you like best about Upland PowerSteering?

PowerSteering is a user-friendly application that is highly configurable that has met the business needs for over 13 years. The implementation was provided very quickly by the Upland team once all requirements were communicated in a session with them. The application is used daily. The reporting outputs provide Microsoft Excel as an option along with PDF and others. I use Excel quite a bit when presenting data. APIs can also be used as an integration tool. What do you dislike about Upland PowerSteering?

While reporting is very good, I sometimes find myself looking for how to obtain and assemble the desired information on a report. The support team is there to provide their expertise when I get to an impasse. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Upland PowerSteering solving and how is that benefiting you?

The PowerSteering development team is continually updating their product on a quarterly basis. Much of this is based on customer input and guidance. I have requested timesheet enhancements pertaining to some additional data capture that is currently being developed. This enhancement will provide improved resource planning capabilities with an adjustable remaining effort in a project from the user. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
