"Sending Faxes Has Never Been Easier User"

What do you like best about Upland InterFAX?

Sending a fax has never been easier. There's no need for printing or handwriting on documents, waiting by the dial pad to ensure it went through, or wasting paper. It's also incredibly simple to access the history of the documents I've sent. There is no training required; it's very user-friendly and easy to navigate. What do you dislike about Upland InterFAX?

What problems is Upland InterFAX solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before using Interfax, we struggled with the inefficiencies of our communication processes. Managing faxes manually was time-consuming and prone to errors, which often resulted in delays and frustration within our team and with clients. We faced challenges in ensuring secure and timely document transmission, and tracking sent documents was a hassle.

However, after implementing Interfax, we can now send and receive faxes digitally, which has completely transformed our workflow. This change has resulted in significant time savings, as our team no longer spends hours on manual faxing. Our document tracking is now automated, providing us with real-time confirmations and reducing the chance of lost communications.

Quantitatively, we’ve reduced our document handling time by about 50%, which has allowed our staff to focus on more critical tasks instead of administrative duties. Additionally, we estimate a cost reduction of approximately 30% on printing, paper, and postage, leading to improved operational efficiency overall.
