I use Upland InterFAX mostly for sending and receiving fax, and I like that all faxes are in one place. It's pretty user-friendly and straightforward for our purposes, making it easy to use. We often attach files to nearly every fax we send, which is something I value a lot. The initial setup was fairly easy and didn't take much time at all, which I appreciated. I often find that too many or perhaps too large files appear to be uploaded and attached, but then the transmission fails. We've had to send multiple faxes to accommodate many uploaded files so that it can be sent successfully. Also, whenever any fax fails to send, we do not get any notification about this, so we can't attempt to resend it. We have had to try to get in the habit of checking the outbound fax list to ensure that faxes have indeed been sent, but this reduces the program's efficiency and takes up necessary time.
