I like every aspect of this CMMS software. It’s easy to use for both the technicians and the production staff who submit work requests. The analytics handle most of the heavy lifting for me, and I can easily track team performance, asset downtime, parts, and schedules. The recent NOVA AI addition has made everything so much easier. The only downside I’ve experienced with Upkeep is how long it can take for the Work Order Status report to reflect updates to a work order’s status. My techs complete WOs, but sometimes it takes hours before those changes show up on the Work Order Status report. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
