What do you like best about UpKeep?

Ease of flow thru each area of the software. Any of my techs can access information on any asset from anywhere in our facilities, even if they are at a different plant. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about UpKeep?

The server seems to lose connection or is slow at times. We also had issues with using the software on windows and had to download google chrome for it properly run on a PC. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering UpKeep:

The flow of the system is amazing. There is a learning curve, especially when you come from a paper background. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is UpKeep solving and how is that benefiting you?

Workflow, the tracking asset breakdowns and Pm's, the ability to have all our asset information in one place that all my techs can access is a huge benefit, especially with multiple locations Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
