## UpKeep Reviews
  ### 1. Upkeep Streamlined Our Work Planning and Team Communication

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Zakwan M. | Operations Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 29, 2026

**What do you like best about UpKeep?**

I’m very happy with Upkeep; it has made planning my daily work much more efficient. It’s helped me create a more productive, organized work environment, which has saved both time and money. On top of that, it has improved communication within our company and made it easier for us to repair equipment more promptly and efficiently.

**What do you dislike about UpKeep?**

Upkeep is software that helps our company stay organized and compare costs per asset. I honestly don’t have anything negative to say about it. It was very easy to implement in our workplace, and we were able to get the whole team up to speed on how to use it.

**What problems is UpKeep solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It enables us to track weekly and monthly key performance indicators (KPIs) and quickly identify which areas need additional support, as well as where we’re having the greatest impact. It also provides a range of expansion options, including store and supplier management.

  ### 2. Versatility and Efficient Tracking with UpKeep

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Miguel V. | Maintenance planner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 19, 2024

**What do you like best about UpKeep?**

I like the versatility of UpKeep for data capture and ways to track activities. With the 'Request' or 'solicitudes' section, I can track and plan activities like projects, and the report capture is digital, which is an improvement compared to when it was done on paper. Additionally, I value the latest update that has allowed me to learn more about how to set up PM Triggers and how to modify and upload the W.O. to each user. I enjoy how UpKeep helps me reduce the time spent capturing reports and accurately track pending activities.

**What do you dislike about UpKeep?**

I don't like the topic of downloading W.O. in PDF format. I'm interested in downloading a large number of W.O., but if I select them, it puts them all in a single file and not individually. I also found the initial setup of UpKeep difficult.

**What problems is UpKeep solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use UpKeep for precise tracking of activities and to reduce the time spent on report capturing. I like its versatility for capturing data and planning projects, especially tracking requests. The digitization of reports improves efficiency compared to paper methods.

**Official Response from Maria Rossodivito:**

  ### 3. Streamlined Inventory & Asset Management With UpKeep

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lothair M. | Sr Engineering Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 17, 2026

**What do you like best about UpKeep?**

I appreciate being able to streamline my work and manage, evaluate, and track inventory all in one place. It’s also great for the day-to-day maintenance of production assets, it’s easy to use, and it receives constant updates. I especially like the benefits it provides, such as reduced downtime, improved efficiency, and better asset management.

**What do you dislike about UpKeep?**

Overall, my experience has been excellent. I’m honestly surprised that more people don’t know about or use UpKeep. I don’t have anything negative to say. The mobile app was helpful for my technicians, and I was able to track reports and manage work orders for my team.

**What problems is UpKeep solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use it daily at work, and it does its job well. It has helped our organization become more efficient in day-to-day operations while also supporting long-term evaluations. It keeps a clear record of all maintenance performed on registered assets, and it makes it very easy to create, assign, and track work orders in real time.

  ### 4. Supremely easy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ben M. | Maintenance Scheduler, Inventory Manager, Purchasing Specialist., Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 19, 2025

**What do you like best about UpKeep?**

Very intuitive. From the get-go, it's very easy to navigate. Other CMMS systems I've used in the past, both in Military/Aviation as well as service shop programs, always had a massive learning curve. You had to keep cheat sheets until you memorized everything with the old databases/CMMS programs I've used. My first day of training, I was basically a pro after about an hour.

**What do you dislike about UpKeep?**

There are a few things that I feel could be streamlined. For instance, when I need to print or save a Work Order. I open the work order, then I click print, then it brings up another window, and you have to export it, save it, and either print it from there or email it. Then when you're done, you have to close like three or four windows to be able to access another Work Order on that same page.

**What problems is UpKeep solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tracking/managing inventory. Allowing us to keep parts on hand and know where they are. That was the BIGGEST problem when I came to this company, which they had just started using Upkeep. Since I've been here, parts now have their place, and the technicians know how to find them. Before, I was getting calls at all times of the night asking where a part might be.

Upkeep also allows us to see how many parts and hours a machine consumes. We have never been able to track these things before. We can now account for down time and parts cost to go into our decision making for new machinery, and we can have statistics to go with these decisions. Along with Purchase orders, we didn't have a great tracking system for those previously either.

  ### 5. Unified Command Center for Checklists and Optimized Inspections

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Husein R. | Digital Strategy Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 02, 2026

**What do you like best about UpKeep?**

I like the ability to create checklists because it gives me a unified operational layer. The platform offers a simple, structured system, and I appreciate how it provides operational data along with a unified command center to manage everything in one place. I also love being able to optimize inspections, which makes the overall process feel more organized and consistent.

**What do you dislike about UpKeep?**

I’d really like to see integrated modules that cover all of our internal coordination, and I also wish there were more native integrations available. The initial setup takes a while, and there’s definitely a learning curve when it comes to the more advanced analytics.

**What problems is UpKeep solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We’ve moved beyond complicated spreadsheets, which has been especially helpful for managing our teams. It’s enabled me to build a more robust business model while integrating critical compliance steps into our process. On top of that, it gives us clearer financial transparency and a better overall view of where we stand.

  ### 6. Great program for any business!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Primary/Secondary Education | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 10, 2021

**What do you like best about UpKeep?**

What I love most about Upkeep is the ease of use. The program is so simple to use.

**What do you dislike about UpKeep?**

The least favorable thing about Upkeep is that I cannot upload my work order format.

**Recommendations to others considering UpKeep:**

This is a great program, especially for businesses looking for somewhere to start. The program is so easy to use, and the customer care and service are excellent!

**What problems is UpKeep solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Upkeep has easily saved time with the easy access to submit work orders, assigning work orders, and closing out work orders. The inventory system has made tracking so much easier. Everything is literally a click away. The program is so easy to use and saves so much time. Reports can be printed in seconds.

**Official Response from Margot Ford:**

> Hi there, thank you for your review! I appreciate you taking the time to tell us about your experience with UpKeep. If ever you need anything, please let us know.

  ### 7. Top-Notch Work Orders and an Intuitive, All-in-One Calendar View

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Urho H. | Operations Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 15, 2026

**What do you like best about UpKeep?**

The work order creation and processing features are top-notch, and their functionality across all platforms is excellent. I especially like the calendar view option because it keeps everything in one place. It also makes asset tracking easy for spotting issues, and overall the platform is extremely user-friendly and intuitive.

**What do you dislike about UpKeep?**

If you have multiple assets linked to the same work order, they can end up being duplicated, and a recurring pattern may sometimes be changed unintentionally. I’ve also found that creating certain procedures can be difficult.

**What problems is UpKeep solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The information is instantaneous when an order is updated, which motivates me to focus on the task. It has been very easy to use and implement in operations, and it helps organize work orders and priorities. It greatly simplifies the documentation of our work.

  ### 8. Intuitive, All-in-One Software with Attentive Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matej S. | Quality Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 01, 2026

**What do you like best about UpKeep?**

The software is intuitive, which has made it easy to train our team and integrate it smoothly into our day-to-day operations. I also appreciate that it includes all the tools we need to manage our processes efficiently, while keeping everything organized, clear, and easy to access when we need it.

**What do you dislike about UpKeep?**

It has been a pleasure working with the company. I haven’t had any issues or problems. Throughout the entire process, the support team has been very attentive, and we’ve remained open to improving our processes whenever possible.

**What problems is UpKeep solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me gather detailed information on corrective and preventive maintenance, set key performance indicators (KPIs), and clearly explain the objectives we establish for future projects on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis.

  ### 9. UpKeep Streamlines Inventory Tracking with an Easy, All-in-One Experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Noelle L. | Maintenance System Administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 03, 2026

**What do you like best about UpKeep?**

I really love that it offers clear benefits for businesses. I love being able to optimize my work and manage, evaluate, and track inventory all in one place. It saves me from having to handle everything on paper. I also appreciate that it’s easy to use, and that the constant product updates keep improving our efficiency and overall product management.

**What do you dislike about UpKeep?**

Overall, my experience with UpKeep has been excellent. I’m honestly surprised that more people don’t know about it or use it. I don’t have anything negative to say— I use it daily at work, and it consistently does the job I need it to do.

**What problems is UpKeep solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has helped our organization become more efficient in our day-to-day operations while also supporting long-term evaluations. It significantly streamlines the creation, assignment, and real-time tracking of work orders, making the overall process easier to manage.

  ### 10. Revolutionized Maintenance with Easy Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Selina P.

**Reviewed Date:** January 08, 2026

**What do you like best about UpKeep?**

I like the Nova AI integration in UpKeep. It makes creating a more fluid work order process easier by allowing me to upload files and extract the needed information with AI assistance. This capability makes programming preventative maintenance much easier and more uniform. There's just so much it has helped with thanks to access to Nova.

**What do you dislike about UpKeep?**

Only thing that I've really ran into trouble with UpKeep is being able to scan my manuals because we're an older company. I scan the manuals in using my printer and send them to my email. And I have tried every way I can to make it easier to take the information from the scanned documents and get it into UpKeep and have Nova process it, and it's just been a struggle.

**What problems is UpKeep solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use UpKeep to program preventative maintenance and work orders. It helps me track machine performance, maintenance crew efficiency, and downtime trends, changing everything for the business.
