What do you like best about UpKeep?

This is a user-friendly platform, and I can accomplish so much in a workday. I have more than enough ways to get to the things I need, and I can do it fast. It’s always growing, with more and more useful tools for maintenance and beyond. The EHS features are impressive, and the strong SOPs are amazing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about UpKeep?

Not much to say overall. The cost can sometimes seem like an obstacle, but the resources available outweigh that hurdle. Our office is already committed to another source for EHS, yet we could make use of so much more with this one tool if our funds weren’t already tied up elsewhere. There’s a plan for just about anyone. I owned a single seat years ago, and now we’re getting so much more out of it. Just not all of it, Yet! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering UpKeep:

What problems is UpKeep solving and how is that benefiting you?

Fast, easy reporting with QR codes placed around the facility. It helps me stay focused on planned events and prioritize as the week moves along. Reporting events for CAPAs and other audits is the best thing I’ve seen in Upkeep. The UI is creative, but still simple and easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
