What do you like best about UpKeep?

Upkeep has helped my Facilities Managers across 13 Distribution Centers start to realize the value of predictability, IoT real-time monitoring, and the ability to truly become a mobile-friendly community that uses AI to improve overall reliability and system performance. What do you dislike about UpKeep?

Quite honestly, the ability to custom-build applications using the NOVA AI agent has generated so much excitement on our team that we’ve needed additional server space and processing support just to keep up with demand. Upkeep has been doing its best to respond as we onboard other buildings and bring more users onto the platform, and our needs continue to grow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is UpKeep solving and how is that benefiting you?

Opkeep gives us real-time data on all of our assets, our spare-parts inventory usage, and work order performance. With our prior CMMS, there was about a month-long lag in reporting before we could share that information with our teams, and by then it was already too outdated to be truly useful.
