What do you like best about UpKeep?

I love how UpKeep has revolutionized our inventory management. Before, locating parts was a real challenge, and I'd often get calls from technicians at odd hours trying to find something. Now, every part has its place, which has made a big difference. The ability to see the parts and labor a piece of equipment uses has changed how we handle purchase orders and replacements, giving us solid data to base decisions on. I also appreciate using a single system for logging and tracking customer work orders and keeping our parts inventory organized. The intuitive layout is amazing—I was navigating it easily within my first training session, logging requests and accessing records like I'd been doing it for months. What do you dislike about UpKeep?

Not everything runs as smoothly as I would like. Printing or saving a work order is more roundabout than it ought to be. I open the order, hit print, then a fresh window appears asking me to export and save before I can send it on. Once finished, I am left closing several windows just to reach the next order on the same page, which slows me down when the queue is busy. I would welcome a more direct route to print, save, or email a work order from a single window, rather than clicking through several pop-ups and then closing three or four of them before I can move on to the next order. What problems is UpKeep solving and how is that benefiting you?

UpKeep provides a single system to log and track work orders and organize parts inventory. It resolved the struggle of locating parts and reduces calls at odd hours.
