Their AI note taker is the best in the industry, I tried about 5 or 6 others. They also have a treatment plan creator and golden thread, which is great to reduce note taking time and ensure my notes are more audit proof if that ever happens in the future. I like the customer support a lot, they respond quickly and are kind. They also take our recommendations seriously for improvements and I've seen several of my recs be enacted soon after I suggest it. The pricing is very fair, much better than other EHR's. It's still a new tool, so there's a few clunky pieces ongoing so far. Some workflow things are clunky, but I feel they're working on this. Nothing has been so bad that its unusable or a dealbreaker now that they have insurance billing, so I don't mind the hiccups.
