Since graduating I have been through two other EHRs (simple practice & sessions health), and was never happy paying through the nose for features I did not need. I have been SO very happy with Upheal. I first started using them just for their AI note transcription service. I was so happy with it that when they launched an EHR I jumped on it. It is AI supported which has made my life as a therapist so much better. Previously, my notes were skimpy at best, and I was always weeks behind with writing them. I know I am a much better therapist because of the assistance and support that I get through the AI assistant. Also, the support team is always super responsive and helpful; they are constantly adding new features, and really listen to feedback. I cannot recommend Upheal enough!
