What do you like best about Upflow?

Configure the recovery plans to the millimeter by client typology/sector and their payment method + updates + constant evolutions to improve the tool Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Upflow?

the view invoice and credit note not together is impractical when one wishes to export a customer balance or for accounting Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Upflow:

I have been in debt collection for 15 years and among all the tools and debt collection software, I can certify that UPFLOW is the most comprehensive of them all! Everything can be configured according to its use. Making a payment is simple and takes a few seconds if the client does not pay directly by credit card. By consulting a client's account, everything is there: Emails sent, received, payments made, overdue or settled invoices, upcoming reminders (calls, automatic or manual emails) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Upflow solving and how is that benefiting you?

Lower the DSO as quickly and efficiently as possible. Have a complete and comprehensive view of each unpaid invoice. Be able to give a portfolio to your collection team and plan together the different follow-up plans by customer typology. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
