What do you like best about Upflow?

Upflow bridges the gap between our ERP data and daily collections execution better than any tool we have used. The automated workflows allow us to set up customized, multi-channel reminder cadences that feel personalized rather than robotic, which preserves customer relationships while keeping payments on schedule. The customer portal makes statement and invoice tracking effortless for clients, cutting down on back-and-forth emails requesting duplicate PDFs. Internally, the visibility across aging buckets, real-time tracking of team notes, and automated task assignments keep the entire AR team aligned and proactive. What do you dislike about Upflow?

The platform is robust, so there are very few drawbacks. A few additional granular options for custom dashboard filtering would be welcome, but their product team releases meaningful updates regularly and their customer support is exceptionally responsive whenever questions arise. What problems is Upflow solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Upflow, managing collections required far too much manual tracking across spreadsheets, repetitive manual reminder emails, and disjointed team communication. Upflow centralizes the entire collections cycle in one place. It has dramatically streamlined our daily outreach, eliminated dropped follow-ups on aging accounts, and measurably reduced our Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).
