What do you like best about Upflow?

Upflow gives us one clear view of all our B2B receivables, synced with Chargebee. I can quickly see who owes what, follow reminders and payments, and share up-to-date debt status with our account managers to prioritize collection. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Upflow?

Sync with Chargebee: delays, or credit notes, write-offs or partial payments that don’t show up correctly. Reporting: too few filters, or exports that don’t fit your analysis, so you still have to rework the data in Excel. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Upflow solving and how is that benefiting you?

Upflow solves the problem of following up on B2B receivables at scale. Before, collection follow-up was much more manual: checking unpaid invoices, sending reminders and deciding who to chase first took a lot of time. Now all our customer balances, invoices and reminders are in one place, synced with Chargebee, and reminders go out automatically. Finance and our account managers share the same up-to-date view of customer debt, so we can quickly spot the biggest amounts owed and the accounts close to suspension, and act on them together. Overall, Upflow saves me about 2 hours per day, which I can now spend on analysis and on the cases that really need attention. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
