I think it's been two years already since I got UPDF. I needed an alternative to a well-known giant quite urgently. My environment is macOS.<br><br>UI wise it's been great. There was a learning curve not because it is steep but because I was used to a different platform, meaning, the learning curve was friendly and achievable in a few consistent working sessions. In terms of design and appealing, it is quite modern. I must add here that UPDF's 'Resources' section online, has been instrumental in getting to know around the app.<br><br>Integrations wise, I've only used their flawless conversion to the Microsoft Office suite, meaning I can convert from UPDF to Powerpoint, Excel and Word quite easily. Similarly, I've use the integration with my cloud storage provider, which is equally smooth.<br><br>As for performance, I have nothing to object. I started using UPDF in 2024, and since then, yes some features have been under development and fine tuned, but after a few updates if not only one, those features get perfected. It doesn't consume much resources as checked with Activity Monitor.<br><br>With regards to pricing, it is affordable, and I can say especially now for such a complete PDF suite, that I am getting my money's worth. At the current price tag I would not hesitate to stick with UPDF as my only PDF suite.<br><br>Customer support has been great. About two years ago when I move to UPDF obtaining my signature from a photo file was not possible. I express the need for it, and within a few updates it was available. Their email response has been prompt.<br><br>As for AI Intelligence, I only have the default options, such as setting a password or compressing the file, meaning, predetermine functions.
