What I like most about UpCloud is its reliable network and consistent performance. I very rarely experience latency spikes, which is something I appreciate, as not every hosting provider offers the same level of network stability. The hourly billing model is another major advantage, giving me the flexibility to pay only for the time I use without a monthly commitment. I also appreciate the quality of customer support. During a recent network issue, the support team spent around an hour investigating the problem and involving their network engineers. Even though the exact cause was outside their control, they took the time to look into it and kept me informed. This level of support makes a real difference. One thing I'd like to see improved is the ability to set custom low-credit alert thresholds, so I can choose when to be notified as my balance decreases and avoid running out of credit unexpectedly. Pricing is also a little on the expensive side compared to some alternatives, but considering the performance, network stability and flexibility of hourly billing, I don't regret choosing UpCloud.
