What do you like best about Upbase?

After trying MANY different project management platforms that were missing one thing or another, I was so happy to FINALLY find project management peace. Not only is this platform customizable and offers a robust variety of features, customer service and updates are phenomenal. There are always new features being released and the team takes feedback and actually works towards giving users what they need. Many platforms have bugs, but I haven't found any. What do you dislike about Upbase?

I wanted to change the names of the areas for projects from Spotlight to something else, but couldn't. Even though that's not possible now, the owner said they would implement that option in a near future update. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
