Unwrap makes it incredibly easy to turn raw customer feedback into clear, actionable insights. The real-time alerts are a game changer. They help us catch issues early based on sentiment, not just volume. It also translates support data into a “common language” that Product, Ops, and leadership can quickly understand and act on. What do you dislike about Unwrap.ai?

At first, Unwrap didn’t fully capture all the nuance in our members’ requests or how our data is structured. But with some initial tuning and iteration, we were able to significantly improve the accuracy, and it’s now very effective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Unwrap.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?

Unwrap solves the challenge of turning large volumes of unstructured customer feedback into clear, actionable insights. Before, we relied on tagging systems and manual deep dives to understand what members were experiencing, which was time-consuming and hard to scale.

Now, we can quickly identify emerging issues, understand the “why” behind member sentiment, and translate that into a format that Product, Ops, and leadership can act on. This has helped us reduce time to detect and resolve issues, improve cross-functional alignment, and bring the voice of the customer directly into decision-making.
