What do you dislike about Untap?

What I find frustrating about Untap is that its performance can slow noticeably when handling very large idea sets, integration options with some popular tools feel limited without custom development, and the built-in reporting—while useful—often lacks the depth needed for more advanced analytics; on top of that, costs can climb quickly as your user base expands. What problems is Untap solving and how is that benefiting you?

Untap is helping us streamline the entire innovation process—from crowdsourcing ideas to evaluating and implementing them. It solves the problem of scattered feedback and disconnected innovation efforts by centralizing everything in one platform. This has improved collaboration across teams, increased engagement, and made it easier to identify high-impact ideas quickly, ultimately saving time and driving better business outcomes.
