What do you like best about Universal Background Screening?

I liked how convenient everything was. UBS was integrated into our applicant system, so when offering a position and getting them set up for education/work history background check, it was literally about 5 clicks of the mouth rather than having to enter a lot of information. What do you dislike about Universal Background Screening?

The only issues were when they were unable to reach certain employers to verify employment. Sometimes it seemed like they could have tried a little more often, and it was sometimes tough to get in touch with someone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Universal Background Screening:

I would recommend having a conversation with them to see if they are able to integrate their services into your applicant tracking system. If that can be done, it makes everything so simple and streamlined. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Universal Background Screening solving and how is that benefiting you?
