Unity is useful for creating AR/VR apps and mobile phone experiences with real time 3D rendering and XR plugins used. We also use it for high-end desktop powered 3d experiences for exhibitions and marketing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Unity Platform?

Modular approach to tools in the engine allowing us to pick and choose what things we want to use in projects and it is easy to quickly pull in a plugin or feature you need through the package manager. Powerful 3D rendering capabilities also allow us to make optimized 3d content that looks similar across low-end to high-end devices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Unity Platform?

Sometimes features can roll out before each other leading to incompatibility between plugins and tools if you are working with the newest tech. As we work in VR/AR a lot we find this issue affects us a lot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Unity Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?
