I've been using Unito for about a month, the best part about it was getting it up and running so quickly and testing it out. It was a little challenging at first to get it set up, but after a little experimenting and trial and error, it was pretty easy to understand. I would like to see all basic JIRA fields covered (for example, epic status is something we can't sync over right now unless we go to a higher tier plan) and a little bit more flexibility around custom fields. Possibly giving 1 or 2 custom fields to sync over would fit a lot of people who are on the basic plan who can't justify spending more per month to their bosses.
