## About Unito
Unito is an integration platform built for enterprises that need their tools to actually work together. Unito connects 60+ business apps with real-time, two-way sync, so a change in one system shows up in the others in seconds, with full fidelity across fields, comments, attachments, assignees, statuses, and nested work items. No more manual data entry, copy-pasting details between apps, redundant status meetings, or waiting for a status update. Fortune 500 teams use Unito to retire brittle scripts, manual exports, and one-way connectors. Companies like HP, Wix, Warner Bros, Logitech, EY, Boston Scientific, and HubSpot run Unito in production to keep distributed teams aligned across the systems they already own. Common enterprise workflows Unito powers: - Agile delivery at scale. Keep product roadmap tools (Asana, Smartsheet, monday.com, Wrike, Airtable) in lockstep with engineering tools (Jira Cloud, Jira Data Center, Azure DevOps, GitHub). Product managers stay in their planning tool, engineers stay in their dev tool, and the same work item updates on both sides automatically. - Incident escalation. Route ServiceNow incidents and Jira Service Management tickets to engineering queues in Jira or Azure DevOps when a fix needs developer hands. Status, priority, and resolution notes flow back to the IT system of record without copy paste. - RevOps to engineering. Connect Salesforce and HubSpot opportunities, accounts, and cases to project work in Asana, monday.com, or Jira so customer-facing teams trigger and track delivery without leaving the CRM. - Dev to PM visibility. Surface GitHub pull requests, commits, and GitHub issues inside Jira work items, Asana tasks, or ClickUp tasks so program managers see real engineering progress against the plan. - Customer support escalation. Bridge Zendesk and ServiceNow with engineering tools so support tickets that need code changes become tracked work items, with two-way updates so agents can answer the customer without chasing engineers in Slack. What sets Unito apart for enterprise buyers: Depth and fidelity of sync. Unito mirrors the full structure of work, not just titles and statuses. That includes parent and child relationships (epics to stories, projects to tasks, incidents to problems), rich text and formatting in descriptions and comments, custom fields, attachments, and user mappings across tools that name people and fields differently. Business-user friendly. Flows are configured in a no-code UI in minutes. Rules let business owners decide which records sync, in which direction, and how fields map. IT does not become a bottleneck for every new integration. Governance and security. SOC 2 Type 2, GDPR, and CCPA compliant. SSO supported. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and Unito does not store the content of synced records. Audit logs and granular permissions give security and platform teams the control they expect. Flexible connector coverage. Unito connects 60+ tools across project management, CRM, ITSM, developer tools, spreadsheets, marketing, and HR, including Asana, Smartsheet, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, Salesforce, GitHub, HubSpot, monday.com, Notion, ClickUp, Trello, Zendesk, Wrike, Airtable, Google Sheets, Jira (Cloud, Data Center, and Service Management), and many more. For enterprises tired of one-way connectors, batch jobs, and integration debt, Unito is the live, two-way sync layer that keeps every tool, and every team, working from the same source of truth. For teams that want to extend Unito programmatically, a public REST API supports custom integrations and workflow automation, including provisioning and managing flows at scale.

## Unito Reviews
  ### 1. Unito has been a great asset for our agency

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 25, 2023

**What do you like best about Unito?**

What I like best is that Unito allows our team to keep using their tools, workflows, etc the way we have them set up, and then we can sync with our customers tools and systems so they can retain the same information , and we don't have to learn each others tools on top of the project we are working to accomplish.

**What do you dislike about Unito?**

Each time you try to integrate Unito with a toolset, you learn where it falls short. For example, we synced two different Jira instances, across two organizations. We found out after the fact that images and code snippets in the Description did not sync, and were omitted. When those things are found, we often have to find workarounds.

**What problems is Unito solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main thing it solves is allowing our team to focus on their work, using the tools they know, and sending our information to client systems where they can review, update, respond, etc. and keep their own record of the work, as well as comment or modify the information when needed.

  ### 2. Great tool for automation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Siddharth P. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 31, 2023

**What do you like best about Unito?**

Simple and intutive UI is first thing which comes in my mind when i think of unito. Creation of automation flow is very simple. We also get logs of each sync which is helpful in debugging the issue

**What do you dislike about Unito?**

none as of now. We have faced few issues in past but unito customer support has fixed all issues

**What problems is Unito solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using it to sync tasks between jira and clickup as different teams uses different tool

  ### 3. Great automation software

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nicole B. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 25, 2024

**What do you like best about Unito?**

I like how easy it is to map different fields. Unito's field mapping outdoes Zapier by a long shot.

**What do you dislike about Unito?**

Unito can be buggy. We have had a few issues in our integrations but Unito is very helpful in troubleshooting these issues.

**What problems is Unito solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Unito is connecting our different project management systems so each department in our company has visibility into their requests.

  ### 4. Unito has helped our team work efficiently

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sandra O. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 25, 2023

**What do you like best about Unito?**

Unito has helped us to connect our team members efficiently and effectively. We are able to map custom fields and sync cards to the relevant boards as required so our team that works across London and some remotely can all access information as required.

**What do you dislike about Unito?**

The only thing missing for us is a way to update all our unito flows at once if we want to make any changes. The customer support has been super and helped us create a powerful card syncing network.

**What problems is Unito solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Unito is helping our team to allocate jobs to specific people working in various locations using a simple process of triggers, attaching labels or team members. We can map specific lists across our boards that enable cards to be moved appropriately across all boards they are synced to. It enables us to work together as a team without a million phone calls every day to check what is happening on various projects.

  ### 5. Usefull programm, but still with bugs

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lucia L. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 19, 2023

**What do you like best about Unito?**

We are using Unito to connect Trello boards for most of the time, but sometimes also for another tools. I like it's easy to understand how to build the flow and the mapping which is avalaible to use too, which help to have your flows sorted and had in graphical way to see it.

**What do you dislike about Unito?**

Sometimes its little bit too bugy.
It will be really helpfull, if you start to do more workshops about how to build flows/workflows etc.
You are not able to see history of all syncing, so if you have for example 2 Trello boards connected to 1 board, and in that one board is something synced wrong, you cannot find in which flow is the mistake and you need to check all of them. I asked about this issue support more times, but they didnt find it either.

**What problems is Unito solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using Unito for 3 reasons:
-storing data and informations which we syncing in different ways to different employees
-tasks management of department in company
-connecting different tools, which arent usually compatible

  ### 6. An intuitive integration platform with a great user interface

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Connor M. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 03, 2023

**What do you like best about Unito?**

Easy to set up. Accomplishes what we need out of box. Communicates with our tools out of box. Simpler and more understandable than its competitors. Overall an easy and well-thought-out tool to show and explain to others.

**What do you dislike about Unito?**

The pricing model by number of items in sync is a little bit irritating to manage. Some functionality is locked behind JSON configuration. The "end" of the lifecycle of integratred items is too simplified (e.g. no last update after closure, no multiple end states).

**What problems is Unito solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using Unito to solve the problem of having items worked in different tools by different teams mirrored to each other to prevent manual duplication and out-of-sync statuses.

  ### 7. Easy to use and a great timesaver

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Goods | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 02, 2024

**What do you like best about Unito?**

Trello board mirroring & Extract project Data into excel sheets

**What do you dislike about Unito?**

would have more features to extract data from trello cards

**What problems is Unito solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allows for connecting projects on many diffrent trello boards for diffrent teams to work togther in an efficient manner

  ### 8. Unito made realtime synching between two tools really easy.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rahul S. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 01, 2023

**What do you like best about Unito?**

Creating the workflows to connect two tools (ex: clickup and JIRA), which are used by different departments in our company was very easy, and they provide two way synching with field level detailing.

**What do you dislike about Unito?**

Whenever something fails in unito there are no proper logs to check what went wrong, I had to connect with Unito support to get issues resolved which resulted out to be silly mistakes at my end. Though their support team is very responsive and polite, some error logs would have been nice to get them resolved early.

**What problems is Unito solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Creating the workflows to connect two tools (ex: clickup and JIRA), which are used by different departments in our company was very easy, and they provide two way synching with field level detailing.
Now unito configured, we don't need to worry about tasks being created in Clickup or issue raised in JIRA, they are always in sync and all departments happy.

  ### 9. Love it for Creating Multiple Calendar Types

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Liz L. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 01, 2023

**What do you like best about Unito?**

Unito allows my company to create multiple Google calendar exports depending on who needs what type of specific information to be pulled from our master project calendar. Using Planyway and Unito to pull data from labels we can have a calendar for our client with just reviews and delivery dates or a calendar for a contractor just with their work dates, etc.

**What do you dislike about Unito?**

Sometimes we have trouble syncing and the answer isn't always clear as to why data isn't showing up. It may take a few times deleting a sync and starting fresh to get it to work. Also, the pricing points don't work so well for our company. We don't need as many user seats as we just need multiple syncs for all our projects.

**What problems is Unito solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Not having to manage multiple calendar views/types for various members of a project who have different roles. It means hours of not having to update different calendars because all the info syncs out from our master calendar.

  ### 10. I'll never leave Unito :)

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anh-Chi F. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 30, 2023

**What do you like best about Unito?**

Not only is the software smart and nimble, but the best part about Unito is the staff, hands down. They make amazingly clear and helpful training videos, it seems like they have a video for everything, AND if they don't have the exact training video they need, they will record a quick tech-support response for you via Loom (THANK YOU, Annand! You rock!!)!. I peppered Ben on the support team with questions when I was trying to ramp up (because the platform definitely requires a learning curve and patience), and he was always helpful, prompt, smart, and thoughtful. Sometimes I had different ideas than he did, and he wouldn't just bulldoze me; he would simply provide me the resources (training links mentioned above) to review and with which to make my own decisions, while also helpfully giving me his own recommendations. I particularly appreciated his phrasing of "my strong recommendation is to use Board Sync instead of 2-way mirror because of reasons X, Y, and Z", but he never made me feel dumb or incompetent.

BUT the absolute star of the show has to be Leila N. It is an understatement to call her incredible. Her brain works in the most glorious operations-friendly way, and her strategic analyses are second to none. How she actually understands the way other people's businesses work so well is honestly baffling to me, but Leila was the final Unito piece that had us signing on for what I hope will be many years to come with Unito's Board Sync. She explains things so clearly, she is effective for all types of learners whether they are visual, auditory, tactile, etc., and she's also just a super kind person. I'm just blown away by how smart and likable she is.

We are a very small business so it was a bit of a financial stretch to do this, but we couldn't be more thrilled with the personnel so far. This is exactly the kind of thing we want to spend the money on in order to help grow the business and be scalable. Thank you, thank you, thank you for having such a wonderful, human, thoughtful, smart, responsive company.

**What do you dislike about Unito?**

There are features that could be added that would improve the process, but it seems like Unito is very interested in continual iterations and improvements, so I'm not worried about that :)

**What problems is Unito solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Connecting all of our Trello boards in a way that greatly reduces the manual work we have to do in copying/moving cards around from board to board (which we were currently doing!)
