I like that Unit4 ERP brings different business processes into one platform, which improves visibility across finance and operational data. The interface is relatively intuitive, which makes it easier to use. I appreciate the flexibility in adapting processes to different business needs. I found the user experience around some of the more complex features could be improved, as there was a learning curve for new users like me who recently switched to the platform. The advanced workflows and configuration options were particularly challenging, and a more guided onboarding process with clearer step-by-step tutorials and practical examples would be really helpful. Additionally, setting up and navigating the more advanced workflows took some time, so having more intuitive guidance and simpler configuration would make onboarding better and reduce the learning curve.
