"Streamlined Procurement Management with Strong Automation and Spend Visibility"
5/5
What do you like best about Unimarket?

What I like about Unimarket most is that it brings the whole procurement process in house on one platform (supplier sourcing, purchasing, invoicing, contract management). The interface is very intuitive, essentially a marketplace interface, and makes purchasing really easy. There are automated approval workflows and integrations with your ERP which massively reduce the amount of manual work you have to do. The Beacon AI assistant is a handy tool for finding policy and contract information. It's all about improving spend visibility, making procurement easier and helping you to save time and spend less. What do you dislike about Unimarket?

One area for improvement would be the flexibility of the purchase order management. You can't really edit an order once it's been submitted or received. Some of the workflows we go through when processing an invoice are quite lengthy. We'd like to see more customisable reporting, more supplier integrations and more options around the management of compliance docs. Pricing transparency could be better too, particularly for the smaller orgs. More flexibility and more streamlined admin workflows would be a big improvement.
