What do you like best about Unimarket?

I consider Unimarket to be very convenient since it allows me to avoid dealing with purchases in various locations. Whenever I want to check my order status or know whether my request has moved, I go to the site and check the information I need. The tracking of approvals is one of the most helpful things about this tool, particularly when there might be a few people involved in the process. Another good thing is that it integrates with other systems, which allows businesses to connect their current processes with the app. Overall performance is quite good for everyday work. What do you dislike about Unimarket?

There are a few changes I would personally like to see. There are certain areas where the layout is feeling somewhat outdated and some screens could be placed differently. Unfortunately, I do not always find the option I am looking for immediately thereby making the process of navigation a little annoying. There are also opportunities for improvement in terms of integration especially for companies that already use several apps. I would love to see the loading time decrease when switching between the sections. In terms of pricing, it should be easy to calculate the entire cost both for implementation and the steady expenses. What problems is Unimarket solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before implementing the central purchasing system, understanding who asked for something, who approved it and even what followed could become quite perplexing. Unimarket helps streamline these processes. For instance, instead of relying on the correspondence from different emails to receive an update about a purchase, one is able to search for the necessary request and send status in one place. The same goes for previous orders, in case there is some need to refer to them later for gathering more information. Another welcome advantage of this system is the fact that it provides for a more unified approach to the records maintained across different departments as compared to making them all keep their own records.
