What do you like best about Unimarket?

I appreciate Unimarket because it provides access to purchasing data in one spot. I do not need to go through different emails to see what's happened to an order or where a request is. Furthermore, if somebody asks about my previous purchases, I can always refer to the system for answers. The approval function is very useful because users can see the request's status. The fact that Unimarket can integrate with other software is another great feature, especially for companies whose purchasing and finance processes have to be interconnected. It will take some time to adapt to the system, but eventually, everyday purchasing processes will become much easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Unimarket?

In my opinion, the interface can be simplified to make it more user-friendly. The interface provides less clarity in some of its features that make it more complex. The integration feature operates in a theoretical manner, but in practice, it can take quite a while, depending on other software that is in use. Consistency is needed in the performance and navigation of the interface. I would like to better understand how pricing is structured beforehand. Customer support is an important part of the experience of using the system, so greater communication during major investigations can improve the overall experience. What problems is Unimarket solving and how is that benefiting you?

The most beneficial thing is that there's a proper way to verify purchase information. In most offices, thanks to a simple inquiry about purchase orders, one begins to compose a chain of emails instead of getting a timely answer because nobody has relevant information. The effective approach of Unimarket makes it simpler to handle purchase requests and view the needed order data. Besides, it assists in maintaining records of purchase history; this is of great importance when someone inquires about older purchases. Adopting standard procedures decreases disorder between staff who make requests and people who approve those requests and are in charge of finance. In other words, it won't get rid of manual labor, it will still be important to implement the system, but at least it will allow teams to work in a more systematic way when processing purchases than relying on disconnected information.
