In my opinion, the key benefit is that a person does not need to contact the management regarding any purchases. One can find out the update of the order by simply checking the status of the purchase, which is great since a lot of departments contribute to it. The system is also beneficial for keeping track of purchasing records. Furthermore, the possible integration is good for companies that already apply accounting systems. The aspect I would improve is navigation. At times I have to go through various sections of the app to locate certain information, and the overall experience could be simplified. This might not affect regular users, but I guess someone who uses the app only once in a while may face difficulties. Integrations also require slight improvement as the complexity of the process depends on the tool a company already works with. I would prefer to get some specific pricing information, not to have to calculate the final price based on different factors.
