What do you like best about UniFocus?

I like how easy it is to use! I also like how you can access this program via a website and it doesn't have to be installed on your computer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about UniFocus?

The graphics are kind of boring. Also, the machines set up for finger printed malfunctions frequently, but it is easy to fix. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering UniFocus:

What problems is UniFocus solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use this for optimal scheduling. It truly works if used correctly. It lets managers know how to schedule effectively throughout the different departments in the hotel. It is also handy when using it for payroll. Very simple. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
