I love the collaboration with the guys at Unifida. Debates and discussions about how to interpret the data and using the platform to understand our customers better. The platform is developed collaboratively, something I've been promised often but never actually experienced in practice. There are no downsides in my experience. Like any platform it takes a while to learn but there is always someone on hand to help so it makes the process much easier than I've experienced before.
