What do you like best about Undo Capital?

We've been using Undo Capital to manage our cap table, option tool and data room. The platform keeps everything in one place and makes it much easier to stay organised as the company grows. The biggest value for us has been the support around SEIS Advance Assurance application. Having documents, data room and application process managed within the same platform saves a lot of time and reduces back and forth. What do you dislike about Undo Capital?

Nothing that's been a blocker for us. Although they promised to roll out AI co-pilot in future, which would be great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Undo Capital solving and how is that benefiting you?

Undo Capital has replaced a lot of manual work and spreadsheets. We use it to manage our cap table, option pool, data room and funding rounds, and it's made the whole process more straightforward.
