What do you like best about UnderDefense MAXI?

UnderDefense Agentic AI SOC tells us when the use of a published data endpoint stops looking like normal use. With our customers connecting via OData, ODBC, and MCP for AI agents, we constantly need to tell normal team work apart from scraping or oversharing AI agents. UnderDefense flags the exact user, endpoint, and suspicious queries alongside clear reasoning. Because our normal traffic is so high, this intelligent filtering is what allows us to confidently provide these endpoints in the first place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about UnderDefense MAXI?

Nothing that has caused a problem. One small thing is that findings refer to endpoints and callers by our internal identifiers, so someone on our team has to match them to the customer name before we reach out. It takes a minute or two each time, and I would like the customer name shown directly in the finding. Everything else has gone the way we hoped. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is UnderDefense MAXI solving and how is that benefiting you?

Offering live data endpoints, including MCP for AI agents, only makes sense if someone is watching how they are used. UnderDefense Agentic AI SOC does that around the clock, and when a pattern breaks we get the endpoint, the caller and the queries that stood out, with the reasoning attached. We can tell the customer what happened with facts in hand, and our engineers spend their time on the platform itself. That is what lets us keep these endpoints open to customers.
