What do you like best about UnderDefense MAXI?

We run campaigns, manage ad accounts, and maintain website infrastructure for clients across multiple industries. Security incidents in any of those environments create client escalations, not just technical problems.

We needed coverage that matched that exposure, without building an internal security function. The UnderDefense analyst assigned to our account knows our environments and reaches out when something actually requires our attention.

What do you dislike about UnderDefense MAXI?

We needed security coverage we couldn't build internally. As a marketing agency, we're responsible for client data, ad accounts, and website infrastructure, but security isn't our core function.
