What do you like best about Unblu?

Unblu is especially good at enabling clients’ communication to be safe and legal. This is particularly true when it comes to starting co-browsing sessions it does not require much effort. This is because such a system encourages teamwork and ensures that customer loyalty is cultivated and maintained. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Unblu?

Unblu’s file sharing feature is inconvenient. Handling large scanned financial documents for uploading and downloading uses time and is not very smooth. Small file size limitations mean that I have to divide files into smaller sections, which introduces additional steps and slows down the process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Unblu solving and how is that benefiting you?

Unblu makes it easy for me to safely chat with my financial clients. Co-browsing helps me to guide them through the complex procedures to avoid misunderstanding and make fewer mistakes.
