What do you like best about Umapped?

I like the layout of the itineraries and the option to see them in a mobile app. I like the option of downloading the itinerary as a PDF document that I can send to my client to view offline. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Umapped?

Occasionally I have a few issues with the UI. When I import bookings through the Import tool, some formats are not supported. I would like to see this feature improve to save me lots of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Umapped solving and how is that benefiting you?

It allows me to collate bookings from different sources into one complete itinerary to send to my clients. The email import tool and the GDS import tool saved me time and increased my productivity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
