What do you like best about UMAI?

The restaurant managers and floor staff are familiar using it. There are no problems so far, everything is ok. We hardly think about it, it is seamlessly integrated with Google My Business and customers are actively using it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about UMAI?

There are many other features in the UMAI interface that we haven't explored. So far we are just using the reservation system. I need to log in and log out if I'm checking different restaurants. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is UMAI solving and how is that benefiting you?

Customers are very digital savvy these days (especially those that seek more sophisticated dining experiences) and are highly dependent on IT services like Google Maps, Google My Business etc before they decide to visit a restaurant. So its essential to have a reservation button integrated directly on your Google My Business profile.That is what customers are used to and what they expect. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
